Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description:

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be located in our Frisco, TX office and will be in an important role whose primary responsibility is preparing contracts and invoicing customers.

Duties will include:

  • Run reports to determine renewal billings for each month
  • Check contracts and prepare renewal agreements if needed
  • Generate estimates and invoices
  • Issue Credit Memos
  • Analyze, update and act on A/R aging reports with the goal of reducing days outstanding through collections
  • Research and respond to client inquiries
  • Interact with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an Accounts Receivable role
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs; Salesforce and Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a vested interest in company goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Description:

As the Business Analyst, you will be located in our Frisco, TX office and will be a vital role in product design, development, and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior BA role
  • Collaboratively design software solutions to solve business needs

  • Ability to bridge the gap between product owners and development team

Inside Sales Representative

Description

The Inside Sales Representative is a member of the Sales organization and is primarily responsible for driving new business by:

  • Contacting potential customers–processing inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Making a significant number of these potential customer contacts each day–operating at a “high velocity”
  • Leveraging qualifying techniques to manage and advance the sales pipeline
  • Managing and scheduling product demonstrations via webinar
  • Preparing quotes
  • Managing the sales process to successful close

Responsibilities

  • Reliably achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Generate new business by cultivating and mining opportunities from conception to close
  • Heavy emphasis on learning SuccessEd products and the ability to effectively communicate how these solutions align to our customer’s needs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date account information and activities within SuccessEd’s customer relationship management (CRM) system

Qualifications

  • Self- motivated with an unwavering positive attitude and strong history of sales performance
  • Experience in the public education space, preferably in the area of Special Programs
  • The ability to problem solve without hand holding
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling SaaS type of offering (not required)

Reporting Structure

Compensation

Compensation will include a base salary and commission plan based on sales.
